so many layers, so little time. this awesome black skirt is a wardrobe win with its layers of voile & tulle, plus jagged, shredded edges for a punk feel. it’s got just enough volume to be fun to twirl in without being fussy, and the elastic drawstring waist makes it so easy to pop on with anything: a tee, a tank, a swimsuit, a jacket. oh, girl. summer 2020 is shaping up to be major.
